Overview
New York, 1983, before the boom. The cops, bankers, hookers, mobsters and lawyers are all broke. Most are on the hustle, some are just desperately trying to be honest and some are being blackmailed. A violent serial killer stalks the streets and there’s a dirty rumour a black book with all the names of those on the take is out there…somewhere.
